I have tons of appreciation for all things design… shoes, clothes, homes, furniture and rides! And when it comes to car design I haven’t seen anything sicker in a long time…

Welcome, we are happy to have you join us. It was a long time coming, but we finally got the ducks to quack and the crowns to shine and with that, the crowns and bills have united to give you the new and improved King & Duck website. We’re not done though. Our usual suspects have a lot of work ahead to get you up to speed with K&D events, projects and all the products lined up, so for that we’ll also have a slew of guest contributors that we’ll have to introduce to you along the way that are sure to give you more than just the newest/overpriced sneaker that just came out.
With our ever expanding K&D website, we want to privy you to what we’re about as well as offer some things that we’ve planned for sometime now. Keep checking in. Everything you see here will be relevant to who we are and what we do.

I can always appreciate the conceptual part behind design and even more so I appreciate it when there’s a duck involved in the design. Go figure. When I saw this packaging designed by Scott Lambert, an English graphic designer who currently works in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, I immediately thought that overall this was a nice clean execution. Then, I started to recognize something in the logo. Now that’s some clever shit!

*Note-In case you missed what I was looking at…

So my little man is an artistic type of guy who digs music, art & football. He loves to color, he loves to read + tell crazy stories about scary strawberries and as you can see he really loves to paint… his face! Just a little note to future parents or those who have a child that’s soon to be 2. That 10 minutes of peace and quite you’re convinced your thoughtful 2 year old is giving you to relax on the couch and watch recorded episodes of”Dexter” is a total set-up! GET UP and GO LOOK because 9 times out of 10… he or she is into something! How do I know this? Well because as you can see…. I was too late! Consider yourself forewarned. NOTE: the paint on the teeth.
